Writing

Writing on strategy, systems and the limits of simple answers.

I write about growth, politics, media and decision-making, especially where clean narratives break down. These pieces reflect how I think through messy problems: structure the issue, pressure-test the obvious answer and look for the deeper system underneath.

Writing Philosophy

I’m interested in the point where the obvious answer starts to fail.

Most of my writing starts with a simple frustration: the easy explanation is usually incomplete. A company does not decline because of one bad decision. A brand does not lose trust because of one weak metric.

I try to write toward the deeper system: the incentives, tradeoffs, feedback loops and narratives that make a problem behave the way it does.

Themes

The main questions I keep returning to.

01

Strategy & Systems

Essays on how organizations, political movements and markets behave when incentives collide with complexity.

02

Growth & Marketing

Pieces on SEO, brand trust, conversion strategy and the gap between measurable performance and long-term value.

03

Politics & Public Life

Analysis of populism, institutions, democratic legitimacy and the way political narratives simplify reality.
